Since then there have multiple expansions and renovations leading up to the current configuration, which consists of three components. They are the Civic Center Coliseum, the Little Theater, and the Charleston Convention Center. The Charleston Civic Center enjoys a diverse array of entertainment choices including, Concerts, WWE wrestling, Monster Jam Trucks, Basketball games both High School and College. Concerts for 2013 include Jason Aldean, and Blake Shelton. The Civic Center underwent its first major renovation in 1964. The center gained 2,400 additional seats, a paved parking lot to accommodate more spectators, and an ice rink. The largest renovation was approved in 1976 with a ten million dollar budget. This addition consisted of an entire 13,000 seat coliseum, a two-story lobby to connect the facilities, and a remodel of the original arena into a convention center. To further improve guest satisfaction, two parking garages were added in 1983 to house up to 1,300 vehicles.
